Payment details
- What you pay for
- A voluntary payment that supports NeatRead, a digital service. It does not buy a publication’s paid plan or unlock posts: everything free on NeatRead stays free.
- Prices
- NT$100, NT$300, NT$500 or NT$1,000 per payment, in New Taiwan dollars, tax included. Each payment is charged once and never renews.
- How to pay
- By credit card: through ECPay (綠界科技) for cards issued in Taiwan (Visa, Mastercard or JCB), or through Stripe for cards issued elsewhere.
- Delivery
- Nothing is shipped. The payment service emails your receipt as soon as the payment goes through.
- Refunds
- Support is a gift and is not normally refunded. If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, email piter6917@gmail.com within 7 days and we refund the extra amount to the same card. See the Terms.
